At Shopd, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • The product must be in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming products)
  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or sale items (if specified)

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Order details

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)

5. Return Shipping

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
