1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming products)
- Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale items (if specified)
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Order details
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)
5. Return Shipping
- In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free.
- For other returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
